The Tiger Climb Holdings, LLC Site may use and collect information through “cookies” and similar tracking technologies, including, but not limited to, web beacons and pixels to access or store information and/or to help you personalize your online experience. Cookies are small data files that are placed on your computer, mobile device, or another device when you visit a website. Cookies are widely used by website owners to make their websites work or to work more efficiently, as well as to provide reporting information. The information stored therein may be returned to our servers or the servers of the relevant third parties during a subsequent visit. “First-Party Cookies” are set by the website owner, in this case, Tiger Climb Holdings, LLC. “Third-Party Cookies” are set by parties other than the website owner. Third-Party Cookies enable third-party features or functionality to be provided on or through the Site, including, but not limited to, advertising, interactive content, and analytics. The parties that set these Third-Party Cookies can recognize your computer both when it visits the website in question and also when it visits certain other websites. Cookies are not used to run programs or deliver viruses or malware to your computer. Cookies are uniquely assigned to you, and can only be read by a web server in the domain that issued the cookie to you.
One of the primary purposes of cookies is to provide a convenience feature to save you time. The purpose of a cookie is to tell the web server that you have returned to a specific page. For example, if you personalize Tiger Climb Holdings, LLC pages, or register with the Site or Services, a cookie helps us to recall your specific information on subsequent visits. This simplifies the process of recording your personal information, including, but not limited to, billing and shipping addresses. When you return to the Site, the information you previously provided can be retrieved, so you can easily use the Services that you customized.
You may accept or decline cookies. Most web browsers are set to accept cookies by default. If you prefer, you can usually choose to set your browser to remove cookies and to reject cookies. If you choose to remove or reject cookies, this could affect certain features of our Services and you may not be able to fully experience the interactive features of our Services or Sites you visit.
We use First-Party Cookies and Third-Party Cookies for several reasons. Some cookies are required for technical reasons for the Site to operate. These are referred to as “Functional” or “Essential” cookies. Other cookies also enable us to track and target the interests of our users to enhance the experience on our Services. Third parties serve cookies through the Site for advertising, analytical, and other purposes.
4.2. Cookie Categories
Functional or Essential cookies. Some cookies ensure that certain parts of the Site work properly and that your user preferences remain known. By placing Functional cookies, we make it easier for you to visit our Site. This way, you do not need to repeatedly enter the same information when visiting our website. We may place these cookies without your consent.
Statistics or Analytical cookies. We use Statistics cookies to optimize the Site experience for our Users. With these Statistics cookies, we receive insights into the usage of our Site. We ask your permission to place Statistics cookies.
Marketing or Advertising cookies. We do not use Marketing cookies on this Site.
4.3. Controlling Cookies
You have the right to decide whether to accept or reject cookies. You can exercise your cookie rights by setting your preferences in the “Cookie Settings”. The Cookie Settings allows you to select which categories of cookies you accept or reject. Functional cookies cannot be rejected as they are strictly necessary to provide you with our Services.
4.4. Other Tracking Technologies
Cookies are not the only way to recognize or track visitors to a website. We may use other, similar technologies, including, but not limited to, web beacons, also known as “tracking pixels” or “clear gifs.” These are tiny graphics files that contain a unique identifier that enables us to recognize when someone has visited our Site or opened an email including them. This allows us to monitor the traffic patterns of users from one page within a website to another, to deliver or communicate with cookies, to understand whether you have come to the Site from an online advertisement displayed on a third-party website, to improve site performance, to measure the success of email marketing campaigns, among other means. As these technologies are reliant on cookies to function properly in many instances, declining cookies will impair their functioning.
4.5. Targeted Advertising
Third parties may serve cookies on your computer or mobile device to serve advertising through our Sites. These companies may use information about your visits to this and other websites to provide relevant advertisements about goods and services that you may be interested in. They may also employ technology that is used to measure the effectiveness of advertisements. This can be accomplished by them using cookies or web beacons to collect information about your visits to this Site and other websites to provide relevant advertisements about goods and services of potential interest to you. The information collected through this process does not enable us or them to identify your name, contact details, or other details that directly identify you unless you choose to provide them.
